The envious 9th flr view makes it hard to look away - great for air & sea show! Pretty kitchen with W/D. Large main bedroom with sunsets. 2nd bedroom has a beautiful built-in Murphy bed lending itself to multiple uses. Main bathroom had a dramatic update & 2nd bath had a bright, elegant update. Doors/windows are impact glass for security & quiet. The SC has a private tunnel under AIA leading to the secure clubhouse & pool on the beach. The pool is both heated & cooled for summer! Don't see that every day. There is a gym, hot tub, tiki bar, BBQ area, & community room with kitchen for events. 1 garage space + ample guest parking. Situated at the end of Birch State Park for a more peaceful atmosphere. There is also a catwalk on the back side for viewing sunsets & a peek at the boat parade.
